Watts Up With That?

10-27-2008

EXCERPT:

Only 18 percent of survey respondents strongly believe that climate change is real, human-caused and harmful.

Yes you read that correctly, it is all in this article on the Nature Conservancy webpage. And that goes along with what was discovered in June this year by the newspapers UK Guardian and Observer, which reported that:

This after 20 years or AGW propaganda.

Still only a minor group are that worried about a non problem.

I would say that with this cooling trend sinking in.They will little by little lose fire on the effort of trying to keep up the “chicken little” nonsense.

Most of us long ago noticed that all that hot air about tipping points and those long range IPCC predictions/scenarios are already way too high.Or should I say too hot.

Better to prepare for a possible Daulton minimum.Than to be caught with the proverbial pans down. With the chill of a failed propaganda gambit to reminise over.

Well, those idiot 20 percent have the money and the political influence.

  • sunsettommy said:

    Maybe so Steve.

But they have not gained many converts the whole time.

Now with an undeniable cooling going on.They will find it increasigly difficult to hang on.With a small base of people they conned. They will not go much farther than they have.

Political influence is enough to create economic disaster. Converting the average Joe isn’t the same as converting a politiican that has the means to create legislation.

The Average joe could vote for better people into office. The ones who would more respect the idea that we are a people governed by the people. If they made it clear that THEY are the ones to answer to.Then they would have more political influence.

I lay at least part of the blame at his feet (ave Joe) for being moronic in their voting decisions.Giving it up to the special interests.Courtesy of bad voting decisions.

When we have so many corrupt officials in office these days getting reelected again and again. That is a voter problem.

Oh drat this is a mess of a comment!

You mean those same zombie’s that are about ready to put a socialist in the Oval Office?
