Hi All,
I have to apologise first, I MISSED THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THIS.
http://earth.myfastforum.org/about56.html
But, Andre has popped up at the Climategate Country Club.

In short, if I've understood correctly, many variables vary in a natural system, so
to only interpret any measured variation as only one variable changing is patently absurb.
Very similar as to why tree rings are such a poor temperature proxy, but
it may also strongly apply to ocean sediments, etc, etc, etc..
This questions ALL paleoclimatic "records".
Where I remembered,

Questioning_Climate suggests a way to correct CO2 reconstructions from ice cores, a somewhat more "positive" approach than Andre's.
But both seem worthy of further discussion / consideration.
No one seems to mention the models used to date the deeper ice core samples, due to modelled ice flows,
BUT, there does seem to be some very concerning observational evidence regarding
an American bomber that crashed in central Greenland in the second world war.
It was found in the late 1980s, under 260 years of ice.......
Now I have to go and find a You Tube video I recently saw...
Back soon.
I have found three relevant ones.
