Dr. Cortillot's Critique Of IPCC Modeling

If you haven't seen this video yet it is well worth your time. Geophysicist, Dr. Vincent Cortillot shows through exquisite data analysis:

1. why the IPCC temperature charts are not valid ( his team has re-constructed the temperature data)

2. how other physical systems not modeled by the IPCC can help explain temperature variations

3. Why current climate models cannot be regarded as the predictors of the future

THis video is about 30 minutes long and Dr. Cortillot's presentation is very clear. He demolishes the IPCC approach to global warming analysis and believes that another 10 years of proper data collection is necessary to really understand what is going on and to establish the causal factors that are driving climate ( It should be no suprise that he finds very strong correlations of temperature variation with the sun, the oceans, and the clouds). An excellent video and presentation.

However, I would note he does not seem to realise that the currently dominant greenhouse effect "theory" paradigm should be questioned,
not just accepted.
He was a believer in AGW, now not, but still he appears to me to,
as I have said often of many others before,
"merely quibbling the figures,
rather than questioning the principles of AGW."

Better data, more and proper openness, YES,
but that is not even the half of it, in my opinion.
Real science is so much more than he covers.
