Met Office charges for weather reports
A letter in today's Daily Mail mentioned this so I had to go and check.
http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/services/public/paid This is surely "conflict of interest"? If public forecasts were that reliable nobody would pay for the same information! Now I understand why my local area forecasts are so consistently unreliable. 
CO2 comes from coal, coal comes from fossilised trees, fossilised trees come from living trees, living trees growth comes from CO2 therefore coal is carbon neutral. ...from here |
