'A sudden increase in extreme weather events': the new Big Lie
'A sudden increase in extreme weather events': the new Big Lie
James Delingpole
So what ingenious ruse have the Warmists alighted upon to disguise the awkward fact that they are losing every important scientific argument going? Simple: they've now decided that whenever the weather does anything extreme anywhere in the world, it's another sign of Climate Change. (We saw BBC Horizon setting the template for this nonsense a few months back in their Global Weirding documentary.) (H/T Msher) ~snip~ http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/news/jamesd...w-big-lie/ “We do not believe any group of men adequate enough or wise enough to operate without scrutiny or without criticism. We know that the only way to avoid error is to detect it, that the only way to detect it is to be free to inquire. We know that in secrecy error undetected will flourish and subvert”. – J Robert Oppenheimer. |

RE: 'A sudden increase in extreme weather events': the new Big Lie
Scary! Of course weather events will get worse. The world is cooling! The temperature gradient between equator and poles increases, wind speeds increase.
For a warming world it works the other way. This is where the warmists win every time. No one in the media has the guts to report the truth. UK wheat crop is decimated with fungus from the wet weather. No wheat from USA because of drought, no power from solar panels when under a foot of snow. Windmills will be chucking hugh blocks if ice around. Happy times ahead everyone. Enjoy the new green world.
CO2 comes from coal, coal comes from fossilised trees, fossilised trees come from living trees, living trees growth comes from CO2 therefore coal is carbon neutral. ...from here |
