Explaining the Protest against Al Gore: Leon Ashby
Jennifer Marohasy

July 11, 2009

EXCERPT:

ON Monday 13th July [the day after tomorrow] as 1,000 invited guests attend a breakfast with Al Gore at Docklands Peninsula [Melbourne] at 7am, an expected crowd of about 50 – 100 people will protest that Al Gore should debate the science of Climate change properly before any emissions trading schemes begin.

A leaflet with 17 Questions will be given to guests as they arrive.
The message of the protest will be, since Gores movie was produced:

The comments in the link are exposing the desperate AGW alarmists as what they are,desperate and absurdly unfair.

It is our attitude toward free thought and free expression that will determine our fate. There must be no limit on the range of temperate discussion, no limits on thought. No subject must be taboo. No censor must preside at our assemblies.

A further quote from that website:
Quote:The message of the protest will be, since Gores movie was produced:
* Global temperatures have decreased;
* The Arctic Ice Cap has increased back to average levels;
* Sea levels have stopped rising;
* Only 5 independant IPCC scientists said they agreed CO2 was the cause of Climate change (not 2,500);
* 31,000 Us Scientists have signed a petition saying there is no conclusive evidence CO2 causes climate change;
* The IPCC temperature predictions have been shown to be wrong; and
* The Vostock Ice cores show (in past warming events) temperature rises before CO2 does  (the opposite of Al Gores claims).

Wonder why they didn't provide a link to the 17 Question leaflet?  Would be interesting to see it.

I know you think you understand what you thought I said,
but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant!

I wonder if al gore actually accepted that invitation ?  I highly doubt it, he can spew lies but can't back 'em up.

"CRAP" - why didn't I think of that!

Re: Explaining the Protest against Al Gore: Leon Ashby
Chart #1,shows the CO2 lag behind temperature changes very clearly.

Chart #2,Shows the understanding of two major climatic divergence in last 1,000,as being real and backed by DECADES of research.

Chart#3,Shows that since 2006 sea level has become flattened out.

Yet in all three cases,AGW believers are fighting the above reality with absurd stubbornness.

Chart#4....... LOL,they are not even close.
