Fraud in Europe's Cap and Trade System a 'Red Flag,' Critics Say
The top cops in Europe say carbon-trading is an organized crime scheme that has robbed the continent of $7.4 billion -- a massive fraud that lawmakers and energy experts say should send a "red flag" to the U.S., which approved cap-and-trade legislation over the summer amid stiff opposition.

The governments are the single biggest booster of organized crime, even though they may not have tried to be one with their silly laws they pass.

It is our attitude toward free thought and free expression that will determine our fate. There must be no limit on the range of temperate discussion, no limits on thought. No subject must be taboo. No censor must preside at our assemblies.

I don't want to sound too blunt, but cap and trade is akin to standing up and grabbing your ankles, because you know where the general populace is going to take it.

What I truly cannot understand, it why cap and trade is still being discussed despite the fraud/corruption running rampant in europe. I honestly believe cap and trade is the new tax regime of the 21st century. It has nothing to do with the environment and everything to do with filling gov't coffers.

Maybe they are hoping to slip through that stupid idea,or that they really have a death wish in getting reelected?

In any case I have to agree that it does not address their belief that we are doomed to a very hot future.

Despite the red flags regarding europe's so called success with cap and trade, I cannot believe the US/Canada is forging ahead with that scam ... or I mean scheme Big Grin
