I am finally back!

I have looked at the code for Oxygen and nothing appears wrong there.I even made sure the button box to make the button images work in place of text we see all over,was checked and then saved.It still does not work.

I will have to consult SMF community on this one since this is a systemic problem for ALL of the themes.
