Hi All,
Dr. Glassman said in an email to me regarding this thread,
" I expect to be revising my SGW paper, like all the others, as I collect commentary and as important new data are brought to my attention,
but I will not be able to maintain the pdf. I expect I will want to repeat commentary you collect on Global Warming Skeptics on my blog. "

I have happily said I will provide links to his blog for the papers, where he will update them.
