Scrap the Carbon Trust - Open letter from Taxpayers Alliance

Taxpayers Alliance (TPA) has done a grand job looking at the Carbon Trust, arguably one of the worst carbon quango scams in the UK. Not olny do they leach from taxpayers but are empire building on the back of AGW. This and other quangos are conveniently outside of the scope of FOI Act, meaning thay cannot be readily audited.

TPA calls for it to be abolished and gives some very good reasons for it.
