Strongest La Nina since 1955-56, Most Rapid Onset in the Record

Looking at the Monthly SOI,it is already the strongest since at least 1989 and it is still going up!

Could become a Super La-Nina.

Sure hope so. It will be the only way the public will ever get to realise they are being screwed. Most of the people I speak to don't seem to be bothered. Ah, well.
Notice we've had another two spotless days on the sun and just one old spot returning when the sun is supposed to be ramping up for the new solar cycle!
My garden shed is bulging with stuff to keep the stove going this winter.
I'm waiting for the local council to issue me my shovel. Big Grin Wanna bet there is a minister in the factory making the shovels? Rolleyes
CO2 comes from coal, coal comes from fossilised trees, fossilised trees come from living trees, living trees growth comes from CO2 therefore coal is carbon neutral. ...from here

I'm awaiting my shovel too but don't expect to ever see one because my council are so into AGW, at least in public, that they still expecting the warmer than average temperatures predicted by the Met Office. All the signs are for a another bad winter in the UK, and probably much of the northern hemisphere. A super La Nina pretty much completes the set.

I hope the council will be issuing stiff brooms too because mine is worn-out. Some salt would be a good idea too (I need some for the dish-washer).
